+ Do I need a gym to do the plans?

You can choose between home or gym workouts. If you choose home you will need resistance and glute bands. Having dumbbells and kettlebells are a plus.

+ How Will I know my form is good?

Check out our video library here where we show you how to properly perform the excercise.

+ What kind of workouts do you write?

Mostly strength training workouts designed to meet your personal goals.

+ Will strength training help me lose weight?

Yes! Only if your nutrition is on point.

+ Do you do One on One Training?

+ I bought the counseling on diet choices, but I want a refund.

Bullsweet Fitness mealplans are personalized for each individual persons needs. Which means that once purchased, all sales are final and we are not subjectable to refunds.

+ I have a specific diet can you accomadate me?

Yes, we can accomodate almost any diet. We cannot, however, create a cardiac, diabetic, or any plan that needs to be prescribed by a dietician.
